I’d also like to know why there is no sound barrier along I275 throughout the residential zones? Tampa has had these walls for years now.

Any Updates on the proposed 275 plan and Sound barrier?

Actually there is a plan to put a sound barrier wall along I-275. I know it will run from 50th Ave N and go farther south than Harris Park. My concern was Harris Park so didn't really pay attention to the rest of the details. FDOT came to a Harris Park Neighborhood Association meeting and presented the plan. I'm sure you know they are adding more lanes to I-275.

Now I see how old the original post is. OK, they are adding the pavement for addition lanes......when do we get our sound barrier??
