Your complaint has been received and an investigation will be initiated.

Staff have received a quote for approximately $4,000, which would not allow the request to be completed in the 2018 budget year. The request will be presented to Council during 2019 budget deliberations.

The resident was contacted and advised of the process.

Administration advised the resident that the purchase and installation of the rails was approved in the 2019 budget and should be installed prior to the Bombers season (end of May). Resident was very thankful that the rails were approved. File will remain open until the work is completed.

Handrails are on schedule to be completed and installed by the beginning of the baseball season.

Handrails have been installed and resident was contacted and advised. Resident stated that they had been to the quad ball diamonds (the night before) and the handrails are wonderful. No further action required at this time.
