It continues to be an ongoing problem all along Blake st the amount of trash that is left on that st from Osborn down to fitch st is a disgrace. Large part of the property belongs to two cemetery’s a school and multiple mili family homes in which are owned my Mandy management who does not seem to take care of the homes the own when it comes to leaving trash cans all over the side walls for days prior to and after the Monday trash pick up day or the trash that is just accumulating on the outside lawns weather it be by people throwing it down as the walk or driveby or from their tenants. But either way they are responsible for the upkeep of their properties. Aren’t they? The cemetery of all people should be a place where families can come and visit their loved ones in a serine safe environment not having to walk over the broken glass and trash to get to the loved ones plot. One reason is the city does not provide any public trash cans nor does any of the strip malls on fitch st

The management of this parking lot has gotten better. Also Blake Stret is looking better these days
