When trying to make a left turn from Fair Oaks onto 26th St., the cars parked on the north side of 26th St. make it virtually impossible to see traffic traveling westbound on 26th St. and cars travel at a high rate of speed traveling westbound on 26th St. A 3-way stop would make a big difference in the safety of that intersection.
