Description

I resides at 4300 Essex road with my wife and kids. My neighbor's house has been vacant for the last 6 months, The grass has grown 6 ft' high with no one putting or giving any attention to it. NOT ONLY has it caused a severe pest/rodent problem for my land in which i own , It also is making my property value go down. I believe the address to my neighbors house is 4306 Essex Road (Yellow house). I really am in need for someone to help me with this issue it is starting to become a very uncomfortable place to live. For the record I have Killed a 4 ft' timber rattle snake which i saw come from their yard into mine.
