There is a fire hazard concern from dead palms remaining on length of palm trees (and dead trees in general), particularly ones on Vale Terrace Dr, North side and a little east of Vale Terrace Pl. Perhaps if you let me know when you are trimming palms, I can coordinate with residents to perform similar work so there are good, big teams working collectively in the area.
