Description

Single family residence at 946 is converting garage to two bedrooms to allow additional non-related occupants to reside. Home is owned by non-profit organization. Is this allowed by zoning laws and regulations for this community? AACo has already approved the associated renovation building permits. Is this type of use allowed at this residence?
