Description

With the increase in traffic flow at the corner of Jarvis and Lakeshore, under the Gardner Expressway in the past 18 months, someone needs to look at the traffic light situation and constant illegal right turns of South bound Lower Jarvis traffic, merging into the right lane on Lake Shore Blvd, cutting off left hand turning vehicles trying to access the Gardner on-ramp during afternoon rush hour.
