That's it !!

It does get very unsightly very quickly when things fall behind such as this can be very annoying as well i get the rain and how bust public works has been but how would you like to have a issue such as this with higher growth and heavier vines so badlt that its destroyed your fence and all ive asked for is an answer who ultimitly is gonna pay to clean this up and who will pay to replace and install my fence i can no longer do this as i have to many health issurs and most of the time i have trouble walking. As citizens we are asked to help out with issues such as blight loud noise barking dogs groups of kids just being out of hand with no respect well im one of many who have given complaints on one or more of the issues mentioned and not much of a response except ill look into it we will take care of it and on and on i have a couple trees next door to me that were painted by someone with the authority from the city marked with paint to be cut. Well that was three yrs ago the paint is fadeing multiple trees are dead and some that are alive are up and into my wires .i dont expect things such as this to be done overnight but 6 yrs and still waiting and i do not feel i need to pay to have someone mess or replace the fence due to his neglect
