Description

Excessive water on Landing Road constantly. Seems to be a result of gravel and debris at the edge of Landing Road where it meets the steep driveway. The driveway is owned by Howard County Rec and Parks and there is currently nobody living there. The debris is blocking the drainage along the side of the road and causing water pooling on Landing Road.
