Description
Talde has jazz musicians on Wednesday 7 - 10p - trumpets and drums - and all of their exterior doors are open, and the musicians are playing in the front of the restaurant. Talde is doing nothing to contain the noise. Doesn't Jersey City law require them to keep the doors closed? Talde's actions seem to be in violation of some provisions in Ordinance 16.070. This happens every Wednesday evening and it is not right for a citizen to have to close windows on a beautifully mild evening so a nightclub can do whatever they please, whenever they want.

inspectors to Talde to advise their management of these complaints. Talde
assured the inspectors that the doors will be closed when the musicians
are playing. I will close this complaint, however my night inspector will monitor
Talde at night nightly basis. CLOSED. J Coyne/Commerce
