I will try to follow up with Tree warden on the phone today if possible. A neighbor said something to me about this tree and the need to remove it. I noticed a different tree across the street has a notice on it that it is going to be pruned in the near future. Perhaps we can have someone at least come out to look at my tree and maybe place a notice to show that it is acknowledged, this may help the concerns in the neighborhood. Even better, if it can also be dealt with when the tree across the street is trimmed.

Would like to request evaluation prior to leaves falling in the area as this will make it difficult to distinguish dead tree from surrounding living trees.

Branches came down from this tree today due to ice, I moved many over to the side but there is still some debris in the road. Tree is split in the middle. I called about the tree a few times back in the fall and I was advised that the tree warden would look into it but I didn't hear anything back. I want to make sure I am doing all I can to let the town know that this tree is a risk to cars, pedestrians, power lines, and houses.

Branch came down on the power lines, but did not cause a power outage. Power company was notified and removed the branch, but they will not remove tree, they will rely on the town to do that. Because the main trunk is split, the tree will fall in very large sections. Tree will cause damage to parked cars and my house, and will cause a power outage.

Tree was mostly cut down, all dangerous limbs removed to below the power lines, only leaving about 10-12 feet of the trunk. This addresses the safety risk of the tree, hopefully the trunk and stump will be removed later but it is no longer dangerous.
