this case was closed due to compliance. He is given ten days from the time he signs for the certified letter. If he does not sign and we get the letter back the property is re-inspected. If violation still exist the property is then posted and notice is published in the metro. Depending on the re-inspection day that will happen the following Monday or a week from the following Monday. The posting will give the owner legal notification of the violation and the 10 days starts at the time of the posting. This owner removed the trash and dumpster so the case was closed. The dumpster is back and overflowing again so another case has been opened.

we are waiting for the cert. card to return. This is not on my reinspection list yet. It is still definitely still in violation and I will move forward with the violation as reinspection come due.

this case was closed due to the owner removing the sanitation on the ground and dumping the dumpster. I have turned this over to the Zoning department due to the dumpster being full removed and returned. Zoning regulates the dumpster.
