Did it get fixed? Lansing has not done much in repairing Forest and Dunckel before - AndWeReWalking, are you just closing because it's been almost three years? I doubt Lansing has repaired the problem.

They've chosen to do nothing. When do you think it's scheduled for repair?

Nothing for the first two years. That followed by another two years of nothing. This post isn't getting the attention you're looking to receive.

Clsosing for age and lack of interest as reported.

It's my understanding that Collins and Forest will be getting completely rebuilt and likely widened due to the new McLaren Hospital project moving forward in that area. The funky curving intersection with Forest will also likely be converted to a more normal T-shaped intersection with lights, etc. Hopefully Collins will be improved in the process to accommodate bicyclists as well as the increased motor vehicle traffic.
