It has been over a year and this issue has not been address they are adding my trash daily what has to be done to have this matter handled?

COMPLAINT IS THAT THERE IS SOME BUILDING MATERIALS BEHIND SUBJECTS SHED/GARAGE IN THE BACK YARD. YARD HAS NUMEROUS NO TRESPASSING SIGNS ON THE PROPERTY AND THERE IS NO ANGLE FROM ANY SIDE TO ALLOW INSPECTOR TO VIEW BEHIND THE SHED/GARAGE.
Can we come onto your property to view the violation?
