Description

The house directly across from 2558 Greenleaf Dr. has been abandoned for over 5 yrs. Not only are there kids and teens doing unthinkable things there, but my home was burglarized and my smart tv was stolen. After speaking with responding police, one of the officers noticed the abandoned house and thought to take a look. Lo and behold, my tv was sitting in the abandoned house in a back room. Furthermore, the grass in the front of this property is taller than the house itself. This property draws crime and brings down not only my property value, but the neighborhood as a whole, especially now that it has been set on fire. I own my home and I'm understanding that Bibb is wanting to increase my property taxes. Don't think it's fair when the property value of my home is decreasing!
