MEL assigned this issue to Police Non-Emergency Cpl. Burkhardt

Enforcement issue. This has been forwarded to Northern District. MEL

1. At least 7-10 cars parked in front/side/around of the house at any given time. One now has a flat tire and will probably sit unattended for who knows how long.
2. Cars parked on curb, cars parked halfway on street and halfway on driveway.
3. Constant (morning, noon and night) auto and pedestrian activity.
4. Cigarette butts in street, litter.

I drove by this location this morning and observed no violations, with the exception of the burned up R/V. The R/V was tagged and is eligible for towing on Friday, 10/26/18. I did not notice any vehicle with a flat tire. Can you assist me in locating it. Thank you.
