Atten: Jim Sberal, there are 2 torn trash bags by side door, trash bags and trash in yard is an on going problem at this address and Jim has talked to a female resident on 11-1-2012 about this but not to OLSON, RUSSELL G (name taken from property search) which OLSON, RUSSELL G should be aware of that it is a violation of city code to have trash and trash in yard like pop bottles which is a fineable offense. I usualy see a newer, silver Chevy sedan with plate number 867 YCP parked in the drive around 4 in the afternoon. Thanks
