Description

Someone is excavating and underpinning a new house but their fence is deep on the sidewalk. There is trash debris from the hole strewn everywhere on the sidewalk and it is spreading outside the fence. The inlets are getting clogged with the dirt and debris being left regularly. No permits are posted that I could see.
