As this is operated by the New Town General Assembly, I would suggest contacting someone from that organization or inquiring with one of the Staff Members at the facility who you could speak with to voice concerns.

This certainly is a "Parts & Recreation" issue, given the category choices available in the SeeClickFix drop-down menu, but more than that it involves a violation of the City ordinance [i.e., Section 600.100A]. Therefore, it more properly should be addressed by the Police Department.
