I just passed that area around 10:30PM tonight, and I saw a light in the bushes. This encampment was reported close to 2 weeks ago, and they're still there. The area there, along that trail, is strewn with garbage and shopping carts. This is a disaster waiting to happen if a fire is caused in the dry brush. Like I mentioned in my original report, that is a residential area and only about 3 houses away from the Fire Department.
