Not to mention all the nails being picked up by tires from debris like this. It must stop. As soon as the city cleans it up, they dump again and again and again. How about some fines to discourage it from continuing?

MAYORS ACTION CENTER - - - HOW ABOUT THE CITY A C T U A L L Y PENALIZING THIS PROPERTY OWNER FOR REPEATED, CONTINUOUS VIOLATIONS????? THIS PROPERTY HAS BEEN A BAD NEIGHBOR FOR 20 YEARS! ENOUGH EXCUSES. CITY OFFICIALS NEED TO START PAYING FOR THE $$$ THEY EARN WITH SOME ACTUAL WORK THAT SHOWS RESULTS - - NOT MORE EMPTY WORDS.
A SPECIAL COLLECTION WITH CLEAN T H I S MESS UP ... AND NEXT WEEK THERE WILL BE MORE! PUT A STOP TO THIS OBNOXIOUS CYCLE.

Thank you to the sanitation department for picking things up but by the amount of debris that keeps piling up at this house, it seems reasonable to assume that they are renovating.
So.....wouldn't it also be prudent to send a code compliance team member out to the property to be sure there isn't non-permitted work being performed, or if the work being done has a permit then educate the homeowner about how they, not the city, are responsible for safe and timely removal of construction debris and also that the homeowner is responsible for making sure debris is safely contained while awaiting removal?

WHY DO THEY N O T HAVE A COMMERCIAL DUMPSTER ONSITE TO CONTAIN THEIR CONSTRUCTION DEBRIS?? WITH-IN DAYS THERE W I L L BE ANOTHER PILE OF TRASH IN THE SAME SPOT.
* ST. PETERSBURG SANITATION SUPERVISORS ARE N O T DOING THEIR JOB. THEY ARE CAUSING THE NEIGHBORS TO L I V E WITH THIS TRASH WEEK IN - WEEK OUT.
