Good morning, Hallie. I pulled up the request on our system and I see that the lid has been replaced twice, once on 11/20/2018 and on 12/22/2018. Do you have an updated photo of the issue that I can include in the escalation?
No, the meter cover was not replaced. On 11/20 the cover had fallen in the ground and the person just put it back on top, but it was the same meter cover. Not sure the situation from 12/22 because it is the same meter cover. Every time I bring this issue to the City's attention a city employee will just drive by my house and close the case. I have talked with someone in the DWP Office of Transportation, Natalyn Archibong's office, and 311 and there has been zero resolution and a lot of my time wasted in failed communication on this issue.
We will create another request specifically advising this meter lid is too small and is the incorrect size per request #1138081199. We apologize for the inconvenience and will continue to address this issue until resolved.
