Why doesn't Huntsville Information Technology Services contact Comcast and have them replace this with concrete as it was originally? Isn't this part of a PUBLIC Huntsville city roadway system?

I don't know why Huntsville Utilities closed this request, the Information Technology Department was not aware of this particular issue until late last week. It was investigated and Comcast was in fact contacted, they are now aware of this issue and are going to take care of it. For some unknown reason, this specific request did not come to the Information Technology Department through the Huntsville Connect System last summer with all of the other requests that came in from that area. Please be assure that this request is not considered closed here in the Information Technology Department and will remain open until the resolution of this issue.
