Description
Homeless people sleeping in our front entry alcove are becoming a chronic issue as well as RV's parking for days along Watts. Last weekend some vagrants started a fire on the neighbor's driveway and left broken bottles in and trash in our gated parking lot. The homeless encampment behind the Home Depot/Target area is out of control. What is being done to provide some appropriate affordable housing? I think we need to consider a designated area with facilities. What about the Sherwin Open Lot area or under the Maze? The homeless encampment overflowing the street near the new apartments is going to be a serious issue for potential tenants looking in this area and it is affecting our business as the front door is frequently blocked, and both clients and employees have had their cars vandalized during daylight work hours.
