Between 2200 & 2300 N. Poplar there is water running across the road where the Poplar St. school students crossing Poplar St. have to walk in the water. Also @ 23rd & N Poplar water crosses Poplar St., again Poplar St. School students crossing Popar St.have to walk in water. The City of NLR needs to fix the alley by building a small curb to make the water go into the drain as it was rebuilt last summer. Both places need to be looked at by the Street Dept.
