Description

At the Riverside Dr / Beckley Rd traffic light, the traffic light sensor is not detecting waiting traffic on Riverside Dr when the light is red. It works inconsistently. Many times, I have been behind cars at that light for up to 5 minutes before they realize the traffic light is not working. It appears there is a power line dangling in front of the traffic light sensor on top of the traffic light.
