CE Office Dent issued a Notice to mow grass by 6/30. Property owner visited City Hall and met with the Chief Building Official & informed him that this was newly planted grass & was advised by landscaper to not mow until the first of July. Property owner received an extension, and is to have grass mowed by July 4th.

The area that needs to be mowed is NOT the new sod. It is the grass that is in the right of way as well as a strip that is in front of the new sod. They also have two HUGE limbs that need to be trimmed as you can't even walk on the sidewalk because they hang so low.

A Code Enforcement officer has revisited this property and violations were corrected.
