Opis

Two bikes have been left on a bike rack in front of Integral Yoga for over a month. They haven't moved, are junkers. Loss of use of a bike rack in a heavily biked area means collateral damage to trees as people lock where they can. Is there a legal way to notify owners if any and then have city remove? (I'm noticing more and more bike racks around the village being used in this way).
