Last month the city came in and build a road in the drainage ditch behind our house in order to install two new telephone poles. Saturday we expect torrential rains and we are very concerned that the water will not drain properly. Is there a plan to address this issue that was caused by the new road? During monsoon season that ditch always fills with water. Where will the water go now? We are very concerned.
