O.k., I'll ask. How do you know it's HUMAN feces, as opposed to, say, dog feces? (Don't all feces stink? Seems kinda redundant.) To the city: maybe we need 2-3 outhouses in the park, there, since there are homeless people all around that area? Might solve the feces-in-the-bag problem, if indeed this is human feces.

PWD will not handle any type of bio hazard. Feces is a Bio hazard dog or human. The difference is human feces has a lot more pathogens. Please contact the PWD call center 615-5566 or 311 to have a very expensive to the tax payers sub contractor come out and clean it up. Dog or cat flies human no flies. Flies are smart.
