Melody Stone - N Transportation assigned this issue to Tim Funderburk

The intersection was checked and found to be operating properly. Technician drove the main street, 4th Street, several times north and south with no stops. Intersection was observed for 5 to 10 minutes several times throughout the day and did not cycle to the side street except when acuated by a vehicle. There was no excessive wait for side street traffic when the intersection was actuated. Also there was a 5 second delay added to the side street actuation last week to minimize calls from right turn traffic.

Yes I saw the truck doing the tests on 87th Ave. And... I just was stopped by the RED light on 4th on my way home with no cross traffic or pedestrians on 87th. So...
