Description

We have a small dog and it scares me to let the dog out. The fact that the coyote did not move when I attempted to make a lot of noise does make me nervous about my kids or dogs in the yard.

Q. Describe your coyote encounter
A. Coyote was chasing a deer across our backyard. It later came back and was sitting in the very back of our yard near Purgatory Creek.
Q. Did you attempt to haze the coyote? If so, how did it react?
A. When it was just sitting in the backyard, I yelled, stomped my feet on the deck and made loud shouting noise. It did not move.
