Concerned with an above ground pool that is exposed to street access and it is not fenced in.
Concerned with the safety aspect that would allow any child in the neighborhood to enter the pool and be at risk. Not sure of the policy but I thought all pools were to be fenced in and secured by the owner. It's an accident waiting to happen. Please review.
