Description

The Surf Shop on the corner of 11th ave and 4th Street N. Has become overwhelming with Flags, clothing displays, tables and chairs outside, all of which creates a hazard to those of us who use this Street to access 4th Street. It is extremely difficult to see oncoming traffic and you have to literally edge into traffic to see up the street. This is a major accident waiting to happen.
