A SeeClickFix problem.
How to close your report: If you select "Close this issue," you'll be alerted that you can't leave the comment field blank. So you have to put at least a period or something in the message box before you submit your request to CLOSE the issue. Then when you click Comment, your comment appears with "CLOSED" on it. The report will still say "Open" until you re-access the report after navigating away from it. I click on Issues, and my newly-closed report shows up as the first item, with its status as "CLOSED."
