Description

The seams between the asphalt lanes have totally disintegrated in BOTH DIRECTIONS on the approaches to the bridge over US23. The seams need to be cut out 1-2 feet wide, dug out and patched in a continuous hot mix rolled patch (the current cold patching approach is NOT WORKING).
