Description

The seams between the asphalt lanes have totally disintegrated in BOTH DIRECTIONS on the approaches to the bridge over US23 leaving many large deep potholes. The seams need to be cut out 1-2 feet wide, dugout and filled with continuous rolled hot mix patch (similar to work done on Huron Parkway recently). The current cold patching approach is NOT WORKING.
