people see homeless people all the time along I 40

This issue has been forwarded to Raleigh Police Department for investigation, an update will be posted once I hear back from them.

A community officer has been assigned and has investigated the area and spoken with some people in the woods. This area is the state property managed by DOT and contact has been made with DOT to begin the relocation process.
