I believe there is more than one family living in 16 Barcelona St., Newnan, GA 30263. This address is zoned for single family residents. We know that the house has 2 teenagers, 4 elementary aged children and one toddler. There is one older male and multiple older females. Often times the elementary aged children are in the street with the toddler and no adult supervision at all. On more than one occasion they have stepped out in front of cars without paying attention.
