What is the resolution. Still tree trucks in this yard can't believe this is allowed in a residential neighborhood.

6/5/13 - A violation letter was sent certified mail on 6/4/13. ZEO

7/3/13 - Property owner came in on 7/2 to discuss vehicles violation. He stated he is looking for alternative location. He asked for an extension. He was instructed to put the request in writing and send it to the ZEO for review. ZEO

I think he has done that before. Aren't records kept?

7/22/13 - Yes, a letter had been sent. As mentioned my 7/3 comment above, when property owner came to counter he stated he was in the midst of purchasing property in another town to move his equipment and business. Since nothing had been heard a final letter requesting status was sent on July 17. If nothing is hard by July 23, and the equipment is still there a Cease & Desist will be sent out. ZEO

Still there! So what has been done? It has been over 1 year since I reported this on this web site (and even longer that the items have been there)

OMG. I would not want to live next to the people in this neighborhood. A small business owner trying to make and living and keeps his equipment at his house, Oh the horror. I will not be buying a house in this neighborhood

The is a violation of Parking of Commercial Vehicles on this property. The property owner will be notified of the violation. The Town's case will remain open until the violation has been corrected, closed in SCF.
