Description

There has to be a logical reason why Swampscott's DPW has choosen not to fill in this deep sidewalk pothole on King's Beach sidewalk. Is it because they are awairing Federal grants to repair it? THE VERY LEAST THAT CAN BE FONE IS TO FILL IT EILL SAND IR PEBBLES! how can people walk here. How can people eide bikes or run?????
