Deskripsyon

trash is collecting in the over grown areas along the area of alley and also obstructing cars being able to drive through clearly. It is also a eye sore for people who frequent the area businesses.

There is a area in the alley that you need to walk about 4 feet on to the Lube Pros grass just to get around the bushes that stick out into the alleyway and the logs that Lube pros put back there to prevent this from happening are pushed onto there property from cars driving around the bushes. . There is a wooden fence along another area of the alley that is located behind the Walgreens that has large tree branches and weeds growing over and beside it that it is causing the fence to start leaning in toward the alley and break away from other parts of the fence. We have no side walks in the area so people like me and others use the alley way to get to the businesses on 11th street.

The area behind Lube pros was trimmed back but the area of alley that continues at the end going north and south where there is a wooden fence is still not trimmed. There are still large trees and branches drooping heavily into the alley. This part of the same
alley goes along the house at 1627 Johnson Ave. Rockford. Not sure why they trimmed some but not all of the area I posted above but I am not going to close this out untill it is completed .
