just notrh of Florida Ave on alt 19 a new signal and pedestrian crosswalk are being built. this is great except the placement of the signal on the west side of alt 19 is blocked by 2 telephone poles. the point is to clearly see the signal but someone really messed up as when you are traveling south the telephone poles almost completely block the newly installed light up signal. hopefully this can be fixed before it opens up to the public and no one gets hurt!
