Here's the Scylla to the Charybdis of issue # 4364161. While I appreciate the effort and expense entailed in investing in in-ground sprinklers (although not in the city's right of way), the sidewalk across the street is unusable 24/7 necessitating walking between parked vehicles and active traffic when the water is pouring up from the very greenbelt.
