Description

Homeowner has attached piping that allows stormwater to run off the roof into rain gutters, into underground pipes, and then directly into the canal.

Where do you think the water ends up any way?
Would it be better if his downspouts spilled onto his driveway, down the street, into the storm drain and THEN into the canal?

The storm drains already empty into the canals.
