Mattresses. Eye sore, illegal etc. at least they cared enough to take the time to report

The last post implies that the reporter, a neighbor doing his civic duty, was responsible for dumping the mattresses. This is not the case. See my separate report on this issue, which gives lisence plate number of person seen dumping the mattresses.
