Description
Terrible potholes (multiple) on East side of Russell ... damage is caused by heavy truck traffic delivering to businesses fronting on Pratt (Star Market etc) There has been one small patch recently but there is significant damage near the curb apron on the East side of Russell. The road needs to be repaved. Plenty of money to recruit new businesses to Huntsville but apparently none to pave the roads?
