The alley has not been repaired!!!. There are still potholes up and down the alley from 5th Street to 7th Street. I requested that the city NOT just dump dirt into the alley and smooth it over. That's exactly what they did, it rained Saturday, and now all that dirt has washed down into the street gutter at the entrance of the alley at 5th street. Now the pot holes that the City covered over with dirt have washed out AGAIN where the entrance to the alley was previously paved. The alley is a muddy mess. I have a concrete driveway to my garage in the alley. The alley is sitting a good 4" above my driveway because the city keeps adding DIRT to the alley. It's a dusty, dirty mess and every house on this alley has an issue with backyard flooding because the alley is pitching into everyone's backyard. Many neighbors, including myself, have sump pumps, pumping water out of their yard when it rains. Stop wasting tax payer $ and fix this alley once and for all!!!

The apron is a muddy mess. There is a huge hole on the south side of the apron - it's visible in inspection photo and has worsened since rain over weekend. The recycle truck left deep tire tracks on the south side of apron. There are still holes that fill with standing water. This alley was requested to be repaired in June 2018!!! It's been hodge-podge patched by dumping DIRT, not asphalt millings, in it twice since request was made and STILL never fully repaired. Total WASTE of taxpayer money!!! Just how St Pete rolls!
