Description

Continued collection of junk being collected and stored at 99 Clark Street. Daily trips by homeowner to collect junk and bring it to the residence. Human food being given to dog on Styrofoam take out containers daily and then left in yard. This situation has been constant and continues daily for at least six months with no improvement.
